Define an approach for the pilot launch of Data Marketplace. Consider what your primary data will be, who you will need to organize it, and what you need to do technically to launch.

Identify administrators who will support the Marketplace pilot. Ensure you have representation not just from immediate stakeholders but oversight from governance and data operations. 

Take the steps necessary to begin using the Marketplace. Have your org provisioned and create the initial administrator users within that org.
