Integration Competency Center Exercises

This document contains templates for use in the A3 and Fishbone exercises. Both are part of the Integration Competency Center concept and ongoing activities to implement models.

• A3 Template - Template to exercise A3 Problem Solving Analysis, that consists of documenting the components of the problem, goals, mitigations, analysis, action plan, and follow up.
• Fishbone Template - -Template to exercise the Fishbone diagram problem solving, that consists of laying down the components of the physical world that contribute to problem solving and moving brainstorming forward.
