The Assurance Service's Activity Tracker offers a valuable feature: Recommendations. This functionality analyzes your organization's secure agent configurations, pinpointing opportunities for optimization that can enhance overall Cloud Data Integration (CDI) performance.
Subscribe to notifications to stay informed of newly identified recommendations, allowing for proactive optimization.

The Assurance Score leverages AI/ML algorithms to deliver a comprehensive assessment of your Cloud Data Integration (CDI) health. This metric provides a single, data-driven view of your organization's operational effectiveness across critical areas like runtime performance, maintenance, adherence to best practices, execution efficiency, and security. By clicking "View Details," you can gain a deeper understanding through a categorized breakdown and historical trend analysis.
This continuous monitoring enables you to monitor the system's health regularly and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
Applicable for: CDI, CAI, Platform Assets
The Connection report, located under the Maintenance tab, offers a comprehensive view of all connections within your logged-in organization. This report provides valuable insights for connection management, including:
- Identifying inactive connections for potential cleanup.
- Monitoring connection validity to ensure reliable data flows.
- Understanding the distribution of different connection types within your organization for better resource allocation.
Applicable for: CDI, CAI, Platform Assets
Streamline asset names with the Naming Conventions feature in Assurance Service. Define, customize, and ensure consistent naming patterns for tasks, folders, projects, and more. Leverage regular expressions (regex) to create up to five unique patterns per asset type. Easily identify the list assets where the naming convention does not match the defined pattern.
This centralized approach fosters a well-organized and easily searchable asset landscape, particularly beneficial in large environments where standardized naming conventions simplify asset tracking and categorization.
Access the Subscriptions tab within IDMC Assurance Service to manage notifications for various activities and events; choose from available subscriptions like:
- Task Observer: Get alerts on potential issues identified during task monitoring. Use saved filters for targeted insights.
- Health Check: Gain valuable insights into system health through regular check results.
- Recommendation: Streamline processes with recommendations for configuration and operational improvements.
- Deployment Management: Keep track of deployment activity and status updates.
