You need to verify if the Assurance Service is activated.
- Log in to your IDMC organization as an Administrator.
- Use the service switcher in the IDMC Console to launch the Assurance Service.
- Check the following:
- Asset Management Tab: Verify that some of your assets are listed.
- Meta Insights Tab: Check for recent changes in your organization.
See any listed assets and recent changes? That means your service is activated and ready to go. You can head over to the next steps in this Learning Path.
If you don't see any information, or the Assurance Service times out and takes you back to the service switcher, it might not be activated yet. In this case, please contact Global Customer Support (GCS), providing your organization ID (OrgID) and describing the specific behavior you observed.
