- IDMC Assurance Service
- Configuration
For certain use cases in Assurance Service, you may need to interact with another organization (commonly called the 'Target Org') from your current organization. Here are some examples of activities that require this interaction:
- Comparing the presence of assets or secure agent runtime configurations between two organizations.
- Promoting your asset from your current organization to another organization.
Before performing these actions, you'll need to register the Target Org. Here's how:
- Log in to IDMC and access Assurance Service.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Select Organization, which will take you to a page where you can add the organizations you want to interact with.
- Click "Add Organization", which will open a pop-up window.
- Enter the Username and Password, then click "OK".
Note:
- Check the "Pre-Release Environment" box if the Target Org is a pre-release version.
- Check "Request Login" for organizations using SSO over SAML for Okta or Azure. Click on Learn More for detailed instructions on registering an organization with this advanced authentication method.
