"Netezza Specified driver could not be loaded" error when configuring Netezza ODBC on AIX

This video demonstrates Netezza ODBC configuration on AIX platform. Default configuration would lead to session/ODBC connection failure with error message "Specified driver could not be loaded". Though this is a generic error message and there could be many reasons for this error. However, on Aix platform, it's interesting to know the reason for this problem and resolve it which is shown in this video.
