How to lock and unlock dataset
This video will describe about the dataset locking feature :
1) To prevent users from editing or resetting a data set, you can lock the data set.
2) You cannot make changes to the data or the metadata in a locked data set.
3) The owner and the administrator can reset and edit a locked data set.
