Designed for both new Informatica customers and those expanding into new use cases, the program is led by the Onboarding Specialist team through a 90-day journey - covering business context, technical landscape, governance maturity, product features and implementation readiness. The objective is to identify the right use case, assess organizational readiness, define complexity, and co-create a clear Success Path to achieve first measurable business value.

  • Org Configuration & Setup Readiness: Support on platform/org configuration, secure agent, connectivity to ensure implementation readiness
