How to compare files in a B2B Data Transformation Project using B2B Data Transformation Studio KB 45
By default, B2B Data Transformation will not present the user with a compare functionality when using the default Data Transformation Studio Authoring perspective. However, if there is a need to compare two scripts, XSDS or any other files within or across your projects it is possible to use the built-in Eclipse compare functionality.
