This is a simple video that demonstrates how to download client configuration files (*-site.xml) from cloudera manager. Downloading client configuration helps to replicate cluster's configuration very easily and may be required in following scenarios:

In case the configuration files are corrupted.
NameNode HA
Kerberised hadoop
YARN HA
For easier maintenance across all DIS nodes on GRID etc..​
