Resident Program Bronze
Informatica resources experienced with implementing Informatica products and solutions (Residents) provide Customer with architectural and strategic program guidance, including advising on Informatica-recommended best practices, to optimize the implementation of Informatica products and solutions.
Recommended for:
• Informatica-recommended best practices
• Domain expertise
• Driving initial blueprint development
• Help with facilitating business pilots for one to two (1-2) Informatica products and solutions
Additional details, including examples of typical activities performed by Residents, are included in the Resident Program Service Offering Description.
• Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by Informatica and Customer, this six-month service offering must be coterminous with Customer’s Professional Services Units subscription.
• Dependent upon the goals and outputs mutually agreed upon by Informatica and Customer during the planning phase of the engagement
• Document deliverables will be mutually agreed upon by Informatica and Customer during the planning and readiness phase(s) of the engagement.

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
