Ref360 Production Support and Hypercare
Provide support as detailed below and coverage for technical aspects of Master Data Management SaaS – Reference 360 (Ref360) during critical times of production roll-out and a limited time period of hyper-care thereafter as detailed in this catalog item.
Informatica resources will be available to address challenges during deployment or technical issues identified during the two (2) weeks following go live.
The Informatica team shall be responsible for remediation efforts (e.g., bug fixes) on any configuration performed previously by Informatica for the Ref360 solution.
Note: Unless otherwise mutually agreed, Informatica will provide professional services for this offering for a maximum of two (2) weeks. Additional Professional Services Units will be required for services beyond two (2) weeks.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full Ref360 solution from initial design through deployment
• Customer to provide access to Intelligent Data Management Cloud environment where Secure Agents are configured and enabled with all Data Integration Services
• Customer to provide a list of its business and technical subject matter experts and make them available for review and feedback
• Customer to provide access to data
• Customer has appropriate full Reference 360 License (SaaS Edition - Reference 360)
• Support code migration to production environment
• Technical support and maintenance as detailed in this catalog item provided for a period of up to two (2) weeks

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
