Ref360 Discovery
Assess Customer’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Org readiness during initialization phase. Review Secure Agent setup, ports whitelisting, connectors, single sign-on authentication, and user access provisioning.
Comprehensive review of out-of-the-box data model to assess any extensions required for implementation.
Facilitate identification of Customer’s business drivers, data needs, use cases and functional requirements to drive software implementation.
Facilitate Customer’s development of an initial operating model to drive Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) adoption and engagement, including a Master Data Management SaaS – Reference 360 (Ref360) business roll-out plan with use cases intended to be addressed in the first year.
• IDMC has been provisioned by Customer
• Server or virtual machine provisioned by Customer and made available for installation of Secure Agent
• Customer to provide documented business objectives for the data model
• Customer to provide a list of its stakeholders from various relevant departments (e.g., business users, data analysts, data engineers, data architects) and make them available to participate in review meetings and provide input
• Customer to provide access to source data, including connection details, user accounts, table definitions, etc.
• Customer to provide defined review process, including objectives, timelines, and roles and responsibilities involved in data model review
• Customer to provide currently identified priorities and roadmap
• Customer has appropriate full Reference 360 License (SaaS Edition - Reference 360)
• Ref360 applications installed and accessible
• Validation of Secure Agent configuration with single node configuration for one (1) data domain and required services enabled in three (3) environments (development, quality assurance, and production)
• Connection to source systems established
• Identification of key business drivers and associated initiatives
• Functional requirements for implementation of one (1) data domain identified and prioritized
• Data model validated against business requirements and objectives. Data model extensions documented
• High-level operating structure, including steering, and working entities, overall program governance structure, and initial governance processes identified
• Business roll-out plan created
