Ref360 Configuration Starter
Review Customer’s Master Data Management SaaS - Reference 360 (Ref360) functional requirements, provide recommendations and complete the following out-of-the-box item configurations: (i) datasets, code lists, crosswalk assets; (ii) code list attributes with basic data quality rules; (iii) security permission stakeholders for each asset; (iv) one-step approval workflows for each asset.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full Ref360 technical solution from initial design through proof of first value
• Data elements identified to configure data model for assets (attributes, datatypes, security/privilege requirements)
• Customer to provide access to source data, including connection details, user accounts, table definitions, etc.
• Secure Agent(s) are configured and enabled with all necessary services, connectors, and connections
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads to provide review and feedback
• Functional requirements and business objectives documented and made available
• SAML/SSO setup complete if configuring SSO user groups instead of native user groups
• Customer has appropriate full Reference 360 License (SaaS Edition – Reference 360)
• Ref360 data model configured, including up to ten (10) code lists with a maximum of five (5) custom attributes per code list, and 5 (five) crosswalks
Note: Hierarchy asset types and advanced data quality rules are not included.
• One (1) native or Single Sign-On (SSO) Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) user group configured for each Ref360 stakeholder role, totaling six (6) groups: Ref360 Administrator, Ref360 Business Analyst, Ref360 Business Steward, Ref360 Planner, Ref360 Primary Owner, Ref360 Stakeholder

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
