PC Administration - Tier 2 Connectors (PWX Drivers)
Set up and configure new Tier 2 connections for PowerCenter (PC).
Commonly used Tier 2 connector sources and targets include: PowerExchange for Snowflake, Google BigQuery, and Amazon Redshift (handled via modern client Application Program Interfaces).
Note: This list is not exhaustive. Additional information regarding the tier level for a connector that does not appear on this list can be obtained upon request from Customer’s Informatica representative.
• One (1) integration service set up and functioning in one (1) non-production environment
• Customer has completed the PC Product Availability Matrix prerequisites
• Customer to provide credentials for connectivity to source and target systems
• One (1) critical technical use case and one (1) associated business use case established for implementation of PC
• Tier 2 connections configured and tested in PC client tools for one (1) source system and one (1) target system based on the identified use case
• Connection configuration details and corresponding product documentation references

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
