P360 Discovery (On-Premise/ICHS)
Comprehensive review of out-of-the-box data model to assess any extensions required for implementation of Master Data Management - Product 360 (P360) (on-premise or Informatica Cloud Hosted Service).
Hold a workshop to facilitate identification of Customer’s business drivers, data needs, use cases and functional requirements to drive the implementation.
Facilitate Customer’s development of an initial operating model to drive Master Data Management adoption and engagement, including a P360 business roll-out plan with use cases the Customer plans to address in the first year.
The typical workshop schedule is as follows:
• Workshop: 1 meeting (1.5 hours) - limited to fifteen (15) people
• Completion of sizing calculator
• Customer to provide documented business objectives
• Customer to provide documented business requirements
• Customer to provide a list of its stakeholders from various relevant departments (e.g., business users, data analysts, data engineers, data architects) and ensure their availability to participate in requirements validation and review meetings
• Customer to provide access to source data, including connection details, user accounts, table definitions, etc.
• Customer to provide currently identified priorities and use cases
• All prerequisites are validated, along with a sizing document and Product Availability Matrix
• Understanding of key business drivers and associated initiatives
• Functional requirements for implementation of one (1) entity (item) identified and prioritized
• Data model validated against business requirements and objectives and data model extensions documented
• High-level operating structure, including steering and working entities, overall program governance structure, and initial governance processes identified
• High-level design defined for user group, users, and access control
• Business roll-out plan created
• Hardware requirements based on sizing calculator
• Port Whitelisting Guidelines
• Single Sign-On Configuration Guide
• Workshop discussions and observations summary
• Data model diagrams (e.g., entity-relationship diagrams, logical service overview, general communication overview)
• Data dictionary detailing entities, attributes, and their definitions
• High-level Change Strategy Document
• High-level P360 Operating Model Document
• Business Roll-out Plan Document

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
