Knowledge transfer and demonstration of the proposed Master Data Management SaaS - Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS - Supplier 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360, or Master Data Management SaaS - Reference 360 (collectively, MDM SaaS) solution to business, technical, and executive stakeholders aimed to inform all parties involved about the applicable MDM SaaS solution's design, functionality, and implementation approach.
The walkthrough serves as a critical step in further development processes, fostering alignment, gathering feedback, and seeking to ensure the applicable MDM SaaS solution meets business requirements and technical standards.
Review a Master Data Management SaaS business roll-out plan with use cases to be addressed in the first year.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the applicable full MDM SaaS technical solution from initial design through proof of first value
• Customer to provide list of its stakeholders and ensure their availability to participate in the knowledge transfer and demonstration sessions
• If completing a stand-alone Reference 360 implementation, Customer has appropriate full Reference 360 License (SaaS Edition – Reference 360)
• Requirements validation completed to confirm the technical solution materially meets identified business requirements and expectations to reduce the risk of misunderstanding or misalignments
• Decision support as detailed in this catalog item provided to stakeholders with the information and insights needed to make informed decisions regarding the technical solution's configuration, implementation, and deployment
