MDM Scheduling & Job Operations Configuration Support
Configure an orchestration process for Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360 (C360) or Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360 (S360) related jobs using Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
The Informatica team will assist with: (i) reviewing the inventory of existing jobs and processes, and (ii) designing and building an operational workflow to execute C360 or S360 processes end-to-end, scheduled to run at a determined frequency.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full C360 or S360 solution from initial design through deployment
• Customer to provide access to business and technical subject matter experts for review and feedback
• Customer to ensure source data is available
• Customer to provide documented job scheduling and non-functional requirements
• Customer to provide access to systems and applications in-scope
• Customer to provide inventory list of all processes that support the solution
• C360 or S360 jobs and dependencies reviewed
• CAI and CDI job scheduling for up to two (2) source system and one (1) out-of-the-box domain

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
