MDM SaaS EVO Design (Medium)
Design up to five (5) medium complexity Enrichment and Validation Orchestrator (EVO) rules for validation, enrichment, cleanse/standardization, data transformation, or crosswalk standardization.
Key activities include:
(i) conducting a workshop to gather EVO rule requirements and identify technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and program/technical leads
(ii) creating an implementation plan
(iii) designing validation in EVO for the selected rule type(s)
(iv) conducting knowledge transfer to Customer’s technical end users
Note: Medium complexity EVO rules, include advanced validation rules (e.g. Cloud Application Integration (CAI)-based cross-field logic), third-party enrichment lookups (e.g. integrations with external Application Programming Interfaces like D&B, Experian or Google Maps), CAI-based cleanse and standardization rules (e.g. multi-field payload validations), data transformations (e.g. advanced string manipulation, rule-based normalization, and sequence orchestration), and crosswalk standardizations (e.g. aligning source picklist variations via Master Data Management SaaS - Reference 360). Informatica will evaluate and confirm the complexity level of each configuration after gathering Customer requirements.
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical SMEs and program/technical leads and ensure their availability to participate in the workshop and list of technical end users and ensure their availability to participate in the final knowledge transfer session
• Source systems analyzed and all relevant data objects and underlying field attributes profiled
• Detection of anomalies, outliers, and inconsistencies in the data that could be addressed during the MDM SaaS process
• Up to five (5) medium complexity EVO rules for validation, enrichment, cleanse/standardization, data transformation, or crosswalk standardization designed and documented
• One (1) thirty (30)-minute session held to provide final knowledge transfer on the designed EVO rules to Customer’s technical end users
• EVO Implementation Plan & High-Level Design Document
• Spreadsheet documenting detailed rule design
