Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Multidomain.
Review business objectives and use case(s) for the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution.
Evaluate MDM SaaS operational models and provide recommendations.
Discuss key concerns and adoption challenges.
The typical schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1-2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Business team meetings to identify challenges for use case(s) and priorities: up to 4 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Wrap-up: 1 meeting - includes all stakeholders and leaders
• Customer to provide list of its business subject matter experts and executive stakeholders to participate in the assessment work and provide feedback
• Customer to provide list of business drivers, data and reporting needs
