MDM Operational Model Support
Create an operational model for the new Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360 (C360) or Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360 (S360) system.
The Informatica team will review and advise on Informatica-recommended best practices and standard procedures to facilitate smooth operations during and after go-live.
Review and refine standards for code migration, production cutover, user onboarding and role access, system health monitoring, issue logging, and troubleshooting.

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units.
