MDM Match and Merge Configuration Support
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Design and configure the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution's match rules per business requirements and functional specifications.
Work with business stakeholders in the review of match results and further tuning of the match rules based on Customer feedback. This includes adjustments of: match filters, selection criteria, match purposes, match score thresholds, segment matching and search Levels.
Note: Catalog Item does not include code migration to higher environments, system testing or production deployment.
• Production data (or data of similar quality) from sources has been loaded by Customer into MDM SaaS
• Customer to provide documented match/merge requirements
• Customer to provide access to business and technical subject matter experts for review and feedback
• Customer to make business subject matter experts and data owners available to review match results and provide timely feedback
• Match ruleset configured and ready for execution on Customer data
• MDM SaaS match rules tested, tuned, and fit for use case for up to five million (5M) unconsolidated records via up to two (2) match tuning iterations after the initial match cycle

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
