MDM Hierarchy and Relationships
Design and configure Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360 (C360) or Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360 (S360) hierarchies and different relationships between mastered entities.
The Informatica team will review the requirements and provide recommendations and best practices to configure the hierarchy and relationship models in C360 or S360.
Configure re-usable Cloud Data Integration (CDI) interfaces to load those objects into C360 or S360.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full C360 or S360 solution from initial design through deployment
• Business requirements for hierarchies and relationships documented and made available
• Customer to provide access to business and technical subject matter experts for review and feedback
• Customer to provide access to Intelligent Data Management Cloud environment where Secure Agents are configured and enabled
• Customer to provide source data for hierarchy and relationships configuration and ingress
• Customer to provide access to Cloud Data Integration mappings and task flow assets for C360 or S360 ingress jobs of root records being related
• Root records have been loaded into C360 or S360 and made available
• One (1) hierarchy up to five (5) levels, or up to five (5) entity relationships configured in the system
• CDI interfaces to load relationships records into the system configured

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
