MDM Design and Architecture Support
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Translate technical and functional requirements into a comprehensive design for the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution that includes the data model, system architecture, data integration strategies, and governance frameworks. The goal is to develop a robust, scalable, and maintainable MDM SaaS architecture designed to meet business needs and functional specifications.
• Customer to provide access to business and technical subject matter experts for review and feedback
• Business objectives and functional requirements documented
• Customer to provide data quality assessment reports
• Data Integration: Specifications for data integration needs defined for one (1) domain, including real-time data synchronization, batch processing, and data transformation requirements
• Data Model: Specifications for the logical and physical data models identified for one (1) domain, including attributes, data types, and relationships
• Data Migration Strategy: Detailed strategy for migrating existing data into the MDM SaaS system identified for one (1) domain, including data cleansing, data mapping, and data validation processes
• Reference Data: Specifications for managing reference data identified for one (1) domain
• Workflow and Business Rules: Specification of workflows and business rules for managing master data processes identified for one (1) domain, such as data creation, approval, update, and deactivation
• System Integration Architecture: Architectural blueprint for integrating the MDM SaaS solution with existing enterprise systems identified, specifying APIs, middleware, and data connectors
• User and Role Management: Specifications identified for managing user roles, permissions, and access control within the MDM SaaS system
• Unless otherwise mutually agreed, Informatica will provide professional services for this offering for a maximum of three (3) weeks

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
