MDM Data Modeling & Data Ingress
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360 (C360) or Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360 (S360).
Analyze the source data to understand its structure, quality, completeness, and consistency.
Extend out-of-the-box data model and define source to target mappings, key data relationships, and any transformations to be applied on the data during the Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) ingress process.
Configure re-usable Cloud Data Quality rules.
Configure data as a service (DaaS) license keys and integrate address, phone and/or email verification services with Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360 (C360) or Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360 (S360) (if licensed).
Define and configure Master Data Management SaaS – Reference 360 (Ref360) extensions and integrate with the Master Data Management SaaS – Business 360 data model.
Extract, transform and load (ETL) foundation design and configuration for an MDM SaaS data source, including mapping, workflow steps and transformation logic.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full C360 or S360 solution from initial design through deployment
• Customer to provide access to source data, including connection details, user accounts, table definitions, etc.
• Customer to provide access to business and technical subject matter experts for review and feedback
• Functional requirements and business objectives documented and made available
• Source objects identified and made available
• Detection of anomalies, outliers, and inconsistencies in the data that could be addressed during the MDM SaaS ingress process
• Enhanced data governance through data profiling, which may provide insights into data quality issues and help establish data governance policies and procedures that aim to ensure data integrity and compliance
• Data transformation rules, data quality rules and definitions for up to fifteen (15) attributes (one (1) rule per attribute), and exception handling strategy for up to three (3) attributes configured
• Access to real-time enrichment of address, phone and/or email data (as licensed or subscribed)
• Users introduced to the concepts of creating and managing code lists and crosswalks for the reference data
• Cloud Data Integration mapping and task flow assets defined for up to two (2) data sources, not to exceed ten million unconsolidated records (includes out-of-the-box data elements and up to forty (40) custom fields)
• Exception handling strategy defined
• Data Profiling Report: Summarizes the findings from data profiling activities, including data quality metrics, anomalies, patterns, and recommendations for improvement
• ETL Mapping Document: Detailed specification of mappings, transformation rules, and dependencies

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
