Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360, or Master Data Management SaaS - Reference 360.

Assess and support Customer’s Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Org readiness during initialization phase. Provide guidance on Secure Agent setup, ports whitelisting, connectors, single sign-on authentication, and user access provisioning.

Facilitate identification of Customer’s business drivers, data needs, and reporting challenges to discuss high impact use cases to drive software implementation proof of initial value.

Comprehensive review of out-of-the-box data model to assess future customizations.

Facilitate Customer’s development of an initial operating model to drive adoption and engagement.

Customer Prerequisites
Business/Technical Outcomes

• Secure Agent configuration in one (1) IDMC environment with required services enabled

• Connection to one (1) source system or database established with access to up to two (2) data sources

• Understanding of key business drivers and associated initiatives

•  One (1) business use case identified for implementation, and additional use cases identified and prioritized for Business Roll-out Plan

• Fit gap analysis of the data model against business requirements and objectives with recommendations for future enhancements or modifications to the data model for the identified use cases

• Recommendations for next-phase business use case opportunities, targeted stakeholders (as identified during workshop), and mitigation options for risks (as identified during assessment phase)

• High-level operating structure, including steering, and working entities, overall program governance structure, and initial governance processes identified

• High-level roll-out plan development underway
