MDM Business Events Configuration Support
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Design and configure business events for the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution. Review requirements and discuss the various business events (system-generated vs. user-generated) and the associated business processes and/or publish options available for each use case, including an approach to achieve near real-time, downstream publishing. This includes the development of a fully functional Cloud Data Integration (CDI) interface as a prototype model to consume and publish MDM SaaS events to a target system and the configuration of an approval process for user-generated events.

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units.
