Master Data Management 360 Workshop
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Identify master data entities (e.g. Customer, Product), business processes utilizing them, the system sources, and relevant context (e.g. their relationships, interactions, and transactions) to support Customer’s efforts in developing a roadmap for deploying the Master Data Management SaaS 360 (MDM SaaS 360) platform, enabling core business strategies.
The typical workshop schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 – 2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Workshop: 1 meeting (4 hrs.) - limited up to 15 people
• Wrap-up: 1 – 2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Customer to provide any relevant documentation and list of its business stakeholders and program/technical leads selected for workshop participation.
Examples of relevant documentation may include (but are not limited to) roadmap, components of an operating model, maturity assessments, business value analysis, use cases, etc.
• Understanding obtained of Customer's enterprise-wide challenges related to obtaining an authoritative master data view
• Identification of key opportunities to utilize a 360-degree view of customers, products, employees, and/or suppliers
• Prioritization of MDM SaaS 360 pilot projects, targeting quick, measurable wins
• Directional roadmap for a phased roll-out strategy for the MDM SaaS 360 platform
• Executive Summary Presentation comprised of:
1(i) workshop discussions and observations summary
(ii) issues and challenges identified
(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects
(iv) high-level next steps, recommendations, and timelines

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
