Kickoff & Engagement Planning - Extended
Hold a kickoff meeting with Customer's key business and technical stakeholders and complete implementation planning activities, including:
(i) confirming project team roles and responsibilities
(ii) orienting Informatica team members to the engagement
(iii) developing a project schedule
(iv) establishing a cadence for status calls
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full applicable technical solution from initial design through deployment
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical stakeholders to participate in the kickoff meeting and ensure their availability
• Customer Project Manager to share their availability to collaborate on the kickoff presentation and planning activities
• Team orientation and introductions
• Customer aligned on engagement scope and deliverables
• Defined roles and responsibilities

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
