Integrating MDM SaaS EVO with AI Capabilities
Configure one (1) complex Enrichment and Validation Orchestrator (EVO) rule in one (1) environment to integrate master data domains with an external Large Language Model (LLM) to deliver intelligent enrichment and semantic validation capabilities.
A targeted technical workshop will be held to architect the LLM prompt strategy, define Application Programming Interface (API) data payloads, and map out the external gateway integration parameters. Informatica will work with the Customer to build and test the secure API orchestration logic within the EVO framework to manage live data exchange, transformation loops, and response handling between the MDM platform and the AI engine
Key activities include:
(i) conducting a workshop to gather EVO rule requirements and identify business and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) and program/technical leads to participate in the workshop
(ii) creating an implementation and unit test plan
(iii) implementing validation in EVO for the selected rule type(s)
(iv) conducting knowledge transfer with Customer’s technical end users
Note: Limited to one (1) complex EVO rule, which handles orchestration by connecting LLMs (e.g. Azure OpenAI prompts) to bridge your master data with external Artificial Intelligence (AI). Complex EVO rules, include advanced validation rules (e.g. complex API lookups), multi-source and AI enrichment orchestration (e.g. workflows involving multiple external APIs or custom LLM prompts), Cloud Application Integration-based cleanse and standardization rules (complex logic like list looping and syncing), data transformations (e.g. Cloud Data Quality asset integration and dictionary-based logic), and crosswalk standardizations (e.g. aligning source picklist variations via Master Data Management SaaS - Reference 360). Informatica will evaluate and confirm the complexity level of each configuration after gathering Customer requirements.
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical SMEs and program/technical leads and ensure their availability to participate in the workshop and a list of technical end users and ensure their availability to participate in the final knowledge transfer session
• Source systems analyzed and all relevant data objects and underlying field attributes profiled
• Detection of anomalies, outliers, and inconsistencies in the data that could be addressed during the MDM SaaS process
• One (1) EVO rule for integrating MDM SaaS EVO with AI capabilities implemented and documented
• Unit test results provided for the use case being implemented
• One (1) thirty (30)-minute session held to provide final knowledge transfer on the implemented EVO rules to Customer’s technical end users
• Unit Test Results Document
• EVO integration documentation
