Description

Provide Customer with guidance and inputs to facilitate the configuration and set up of the Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)/Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) infrastructure required to support the migration initiative. 

Key activities include designing the baseline technical configuration, setting up Secure Agents and Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms,  defining and configuring roles with privileges, and Metadata Access Control security measures, and implementing agreed-upon 

IDMC/CDGC customizations  identified during the modernization  assessment of the on-premise solution, such as data classifications, custom attributes, custom relationships, workflows etc. 

Customer Prerequisites
Business/Technical Outcomes

• One (1) Secure Agent installation completed in one (1) environment/Org/Sub-org 

• SSO configured including System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) (if applicable - migration can also be conducted using native users of IDMC) 

• Up to ten (10) custom roles and their privileges configured 

• Up to five (5) metadata source connections configured in IDMC 

• Up to ten (10) custom data classifications configured 

• Up to ten (10) custom attributes configured 

• Up to ten (10) custom relationships configured 

• Up to twenty five (25) stakeholders (users) mapping configured 

• Up to three (3) workflows configured 

Note: Groups, roles and privileges are created based on the scope defined during the modernization assessment of the on-premise solution.
