Description

Facilitate interviews with business and technical stakeholders to understand Customer's Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) roadmap and identify high priority use cases for GenAI.

Assess Customer’s existing governance organizational and operating model and the following Customer programs: (i) change management, (ii) communication, (iii) Artificial Intelligence (AI) issue management, and (iv) data fluency. 

Evaluate Customer’s current data management, governance, and workforce readiness, including AI and data governance policy, system development lifecycle management, and capability maturity for GenAI readiness (e.g., Informatica AI readiness framework). Coordinate the development of success criteria and data management key performance indicator targets for GenAI readiness. Facilitate cross-functional workshop(s) based on the Customer’s needs (up to sixteen (16) total hours) with Customer’s business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize gap areas and help develop a remediation roadmap for Customer’s GenAI data management, governance, and workforce readiness.

• Customer and Informatica’s holistic understanding of up to three (3) GenAI business drivers and their associated prioritized use cases documented 

• Data management and governance gaps for Customer’s GenAI-related initiatives identified and prioritized

• Potential high priority use cases identified and prioritized, including people, process, and organizational change, to solve key gaps in Customer’s GenAI-related data initiatives

Document Deliverables

• Executive Summary Presentation comprised of: (i) workshop discussion and observations

(ii) GenAI governance and change management issues identified

(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects

(iv) high-level next steps, recommendations, and timelines
