Description

Complete an inventory of Customer’s Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) data and workflow design and architecture patterns applied in prioritized GenAI use cases. Conduct high-level analysis of Customer’s business processes impacted by prioritized GenAI use cases to understand how data and GenAI workflow enablers/tools are embedded (e.g., source to target map).

Define the roles and responsibilities of Customer’s stakeholder personas (and key enablers) involved in GenAI use case portfolio management, governance, and the GenAI pipeline development lifecycle. Prioritize architectural improvement roadmap based on the GenAI stakeholder personas, expected value of improved business process portfolio, and the technical complexity of the GenAI pipeline transformation.

Identify one (1) GenAI pipeline for proof-of-concept (POC) planning for Intelligent Data Management Cloud-enabled automation, integration, validation, workload performance, and cost optimization.

Customer Prerequisites
Business/Technical Outcomes

• Up to ten (10) key GenAI data sources, up to three (3) GenAI pipelines, and applicable workflow tools that require enhancement identified

• Prioritized roadmap of GenAI focused data and application integration, and governance technical architecture enhancement

• One (1) GenAI pipeline and one (1) business use case identified for architecture enhancement POC planning, which includes developing a high-level implementation plan

Document Deliverables

• GenAI Architecture Analysis Presentation, comprised of: (i) documented GenAI use cases and architecture prerequisites/dependencies/configurations

(ii) list of GenAI roles and responsibilities, including their interdependencies

(iii) analysis of architecture improvement opportunities, including tools, workflow processes, and agents, in relation to GenAI pipelines

(iv) prioritization matrix of architecture improvement opportunities
