External Data Governance Maturity Program Monitoring Implementation
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI) or Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
Implement a CDGC program maturity monitoring reporting solution that tracks growth, maturity and gaps in the Customer’s data governance program implementation.
• Monitoring requirements discussed
• Monitoring database model designed
• Queries and CDGC Application Programming Interfaces identified for the implementation
• Technical design documented
• Customer to identify subject matter experts and developers and make them available to collaborate on implementation activities
• Customer to provide list of its technical and business stakeholders and make them available to participate in the knowledge sharing sessions
• Monitoring database configured
• Program code for metadata extracts using CAI or CDI developed and tested for up to five (5) extracts (e.g., glossary, policy, data quality, technical metadata from one (1) catalog source) from CDGC
• Up to two (2) one-hour knowledge sharing sessions conducted on the implemented solution
• Corresponding product documentation references

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
