ESG Solution Design
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Integration and/or Cloud Application Integration, and Claire GPT (if needed).
Complete baseline glossary and taxonomy design and technical execution design for the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data hub solution.
Key activities include:
(i) defining glossary hierarchy and taxonomy and process flows for technical tasks
(ii) developing an implementation blueprint, which includes creation of specific guidelines and Informatica- recommended best practices tailored to different types of users or roles within the Customer organization
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full ESG technical solution from initial design through deployment
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical stakeholders and make them available to participate in the solution design working sessions, and to provide review and feedback
• Roles and privileges defined for user groups/roles
• ESG Initial Operating Model defined
• Up to three (3) ""day in the life of"" scenarios for the selected use case defined and documented, providing key stakeholders with an understanding of the user experience
• ESG roles and responsibilities documented
• ESG adoption plan developed
• Up to four (4) working sessions for up to one (1) hour each held to define, iterate, and document technical execution process flow to build the Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) solution based upon Customer’s technical and business requirements
• Detailed implementation blueprint developed
• Up to three (3) sessions for up to one (1) hour each held to discuss and develop a Data Governance Program KPI or Scorecard design for executive reporting
• Change request (workflow) design identified outlining the approach to manage and implement changes to data assets, policies, and processes within the Customer organization
• Glossary hierarchy and taxonomy for up to two (2) subject areas designed and documented
• Properties and relationships for business assets, such as (i) glossary terms, (ii) policies, (iii) processes, (iv) systems, and (v) datasets discussed and refined as per the business and technical requirements
• CDGC dashboard design documented as per the business and technical requirements
• Cloud Data Quality integration components, such as rules, profiles or scorecards designed
• ESG Technical Execution Flow Document
• ESG Implementation Blueprint
• ESG Glossary Best Practices Document
