ESG Framework and Operating Model
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Integration and/or Cloud Application Integration, and Claire GPT (if needed).
Work with Customer to develop a comprehensive adoption plan and set of recommended activities for the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data hub solution in order to:
(i) drive adoption
(ii) identify end user scenarios
(iii) develop roles and responsibilities
(iv) identify mitigation strategies for risks/gaps raised during assessment
(v) develop a high-level operating model to drive engagement
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full ESG technical solution from initial design through deployment
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical stakeholders and make them available to participate in the solution design working sessions, and to provide review and feedback
• Customer apprised of software and/or cloud service capabilities and functionality to address specific business challenges
• Customer’s technology and organizational capabilities reviewed in an effort to address specific challenges
• Secure Agent installed in two (2) environments and enabled for Cloud Data Governance Catalog, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Application Integration and/or Cloud Data Integration services
• Sizing and capacity information for Secure Agent defined
• Defined operational plan inclusive of change management and deployment strategy (if applicable)
• Up to three (3) discovery sessions for up to one (1) hour each held to gather information in order to understand and define the target ESG framework and operating model
• Up to three (3) ""day in the life of"" scenarios for the selected use case defined and documented, providing key stakeholders with an understanding of the user experience
• Up to three (3) standard roles and up to two (2) custom roles configured
• Up to two (2) workshops for up to one (1) hour each held to identify and align on roles and responsibilities
• Adoption plan and initial operating model developed

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
