ESG Data and Application Integration Administration - Architecture and Planning
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Quality, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and/or Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Claire GPT (if needed).
Design and align the solution architecture for the selected Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) use case. Prepare Secure Agent installation prerequisites, perform installation and configuration, and provide documentation (e.g. Secure Agent Installation and Configuration Runbook, connection prerequisites, etc.).
Conduct sizing and capacity planning for Secure Agent implementation and develop an operational plan and change management/deployment strategy for CDI or CAI microservices (only for the specified use case).
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full ESG technical solution from initial design through deployment
• One (1) prioritized business use case established for the ESG data hub implementation
• Customer apprised of software and/or cloud service capabilities and functionality to address specific business challenges
• Customer’s technology and organizational capabilities reviewed in an effort to address specific challenges
• One (1) Secure Agent set up and functioning in one (1) non-production environment
• One (1) Secure Agent set up and functioning in one (1) production environment
• Sizing and capacity information for Secure Agent defined
• Defined operational plan inclusive of change management and deployment strategy (if applicable)

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
