ESG Business Process Automation - BPA (CAI)
Use of Cloud Application Integration, Cloud Data Integration, or Cloud Data Quality workflow to automate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting within Informatica's ESG data hub platform.
Key activities include automation of the following in up to two (2) environments:
• ESG data collection for one (1) source
• ESG data processing for one (1) source
• ESG reporting for one (1) source
• Customer reporting application for ESG reporting must have a compatible connector or way to refresh data when an updated source is made available
• Customer has a baseline ESG implementation already in place (i.e. ESG data hub)
• First year roll-out and expansion plan created and reviewed with Customer
• ESG reporting automation capability implemented for one (1) source on up to two (2) ESG data hub environments
• One (1) meeting for up to one (1) hour to provide a demonstration of the capability

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
