Enablement Workshop - CAI Workflows for MDM
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Detailed explanation and demonstration of the technical components that support Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and process orchestration use cases for the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution.
The Informatica team will: (i) provide detailed walkthroughs of the configuration options, taking into account MDM SaaS capabilities and Customer requirements, and (ii) share insights and Informatica-recommended best practices that will serve as enablement and informal training for Customer participants.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions and discuss use cases specific to the Customer implementation.

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
