Design Review - Ref360 for MDM
Applicable to Master Data Management SaaS – Customer 360, Master Data Management SaaS – Supplier 360, or Master Data Management SaaS – Product 360.
Detailed review of the Customer’s design supporting Master Data Management SaaS – Reference 360 (Ref360) for the applicable Master Data Management SaaS (MDM SaaS) solution against documented requirements.
The Informatica team will provide feedback and recommendations on the existing design and provide Informatica-recommended best practices to facilitate the Customer’s efforts to optimize or augment the system capabilities in order to meet the functional requirements.
Note: This item does not include any hands-on development or the creation of a new design by Informatica.

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
