Data Strategy Workshop
Identify high-level goals, business use cases, metrics, data needs, program governance, and change management considerations to support Customer’s efforts to develop a roadmap and pilot resources to start and accelerate the data strategy program.
The typical workshop schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 – 2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Workshop: 1 meeting (4 hrs.) - limited up to 15 people
• Wrap-up: 1 – 2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Customer to provide any relevant documentation and list of its business stakeholders and program/technical leads selected for workshop participation.
Examples of relevant documentation may include (but are not limited to) roadmap, components of an operating model, maturity assessments, business value analysis, use cases, etc.
• Understanding obtained of Customer's key business drivers and associated data necessary to measure outcomes
• Roadmap alignment with strategic business and technical priorities
• Clear plan of action to facilitate Customer’s efforts to accelerate the data strategy program
• Deeper understanding of Customer’s technology and organizational capabilities to address specific data challenges and needs
• Executive Summary Presentation comprised of:
(i) workshop discussions and observations summary
(ii) issues and challenges identified
(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects
(iv) high-level next steps, recommendations, and timelines

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
