Data Ingestion Technical Walkthrough
Knowledge transfer of the implemented architecture and Cloud Data Ingestion & Replication (CDIR) or Cloud Data Integration (CDI) solution.
Provide Informatica-recommended best practices and standards for CDIR and CDI.
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full data ingestion technical solution from initial design through proof of first value
• Objects implemented in CDIR or CDI
• Unit testing successfully completed for CDIR or CDI
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads and make them available to participate in the knowledge transfer session and to provide review and feedback.
• Customer’s end users and administrators informed about the configured architecture/infrastructure of the CDIR or CDI solution
• Up to two (2) one-hour sessions held to facilitate final knowledge transfer on the implemented CDIR or CDI solution to Customer’s business and technical end users
• Execution details and corresponding product documentation references

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
