Data Governance Workshop
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, Cloud Data Marketplace, Cloud Data Quality.
Identify business drivers, stakeholders, processes, and technology dimensions to support Customer’s efforts to streamline and optimize their data governance operating model for trusted data.
The typical workshop schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1 – 2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Workshop: 1 meeting (4 hrs.) - limited up to 15 people
• Wrap-up: 1 – 2 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Customer to provide any relevant documentation and list of its business stakeholders and program/technical leads selected for workshop participation.
Examples of relevant documentation may include (but are not limited to) roadmap, components of an operating model, maturity assessments, business value analysis, use cases, etc.
• Assessment of Customer’s readiness completed, and data-related challenges identified
• Insight gained into data governance success factors and metrics
• Defined roles and responsibilities necessary for data governance implementation
• Clear plan of action to support Customer in developing and accelerating their data governance program
• Executive Summary Presentation comprised of:
(i) workshop discussions and observations summary
(ii) issues and challenges identified
(iii) prioritized set of candidate pilot projects
(iv) )high-level next steps, recommendations, and timelines

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
