Data Governance Modernization Knowledge Transfer & End User Documentation
Knowledge transfer and demonstration of the modernized Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) and Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP) (if applicable) solution to Customer’s end users.
• This Catalog Item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full data governance modernization foundation technical solution
• Business and technical assets migrated from on-premise platforms
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts, program/technical leads, and executive stakeholders and ensure they are available to participate in the knowledge transfer sessions and solution demonstration for review and feedback
• Customer to provide access for Informatica personnel to the agreed-upon environment
• Customer end users informed about the modernized solution
• Up to two (2) two-hour sessions held to facilitate final knowledge transfer on the implemented CDGC and CDMP (if applicable) solution to business and technical end users
• Execution details and corresponding product documentation references
• Final demonstration slides

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
