Data Governance Business Assessment
Applicable to Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC), Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), or Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP).
Review the Customer's data governance business objectives and up to three (3) high impact use cases.
Assess the implemented data governance operating model and approach with the intent to strategically align operational efforts with the overarching goals.
Through careful analysis, actionable recommendations will be formulated designed to enhance functional alignment to business objectives.
The typical schedule is as follows:
• Pre-meeting: 1-2 meetings (1hr. each)
• Business team meetings to identify business objectives, use cases, and current challenges : up to 4 meetings (1 hr. each)
• Wrap-up: 1 meeting (1 hr. per use case) - includes all stakeholders and leaders
• Customer to provide high level documentation for the current implementation for the applicable data governance olution (e.g. operating model, use cases, RACI matrix, requirements documents, design documents)
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads (e.g. data governance architects, enterprise architects, platform administrators, Informatica administrators, network administrators, etc.), as well as business teams to participate in the assessment work and provide feedback
• Business objectives and up to three (3) use case(s) reviewed and priorities identified
• Pain points in business processes identified and potential improvements defined
• Governance operating model reviewed
• Customer roles, responsibilities and staffing reviewed and gaps identified
• Roadmap for future enhancements to Customer’s CDGC, or CDQ, or CDMP implementation discussed
• Customer’s change management and adoption approach reviewed

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
