Data Ecosystem Technical Walkthrough
Applicable to: (i) Cloud Data Integration (CDI), (ii) CDI and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), or (iii) Cloud Application Integration CAI).
Provide up to two (2) one-hour sessions to Customer’s end users and administrators for final knowledge transfer of the implemented architecture and applicable solution(s).
Provide Informatica-recommended best practices and standards and go-forward documentation for CDI, CDI and CDQ, or CAI .
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full data ecosystem technical solution from initial design through proof of first value
• Source-to-target assets implemented in CDI, CDI and CDQ, or CAI
• Successful unit testing completed for CDI, CDI and CDQ, or CAI
• Customer’s end users and administrators informed about the configured architecture/infrastructure of the CDI,CDI and CDQ, or CAI solution
• Up to two (2) one-hour sessions held to facilitate final knowledge transfer on the implemented CDI, CDI and CDQ, or CAI solution to Customer’s business and technical end users

The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
