Data Ecosystem Project Planning
Applicable to: (i) Cloud Data Integration (CDI), (ii) CDI and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), or (iii) Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
Complete project planning activities for the data ecosystem integration, including the implementation of the applicable solution(s).
Key tasks include:
(i) developing a detailed project plan
(ii) developing an enablement strategy
(iii) providing guidance on a high-level change management strategy
(iv) defining and reviewing the security model
• This catalog item requires Customer to engage Informatica to provide the full data ecosystem technical solution from initial design through proof of first value
• One (1) critical technical use case and one (1) associated business use case established for the implementation of CDI, CDI and CDQ or CAI
• High-level data process diagram (e.g., source/targets/quality/composition) created, developed, and approved by Customer
• Proposed project timeline
• Identified Customer business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads and Informatica project resources
• Defined adoption and enablement strategy
• Defined security model

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
