Custom Scanner Implementation - Advanced (with Automation)
Implement an advanced custom scanner with automation in Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) using Cloud Application Integration (CAI) or Cloud Data Integration (CDI).
• Business and technical requirements documented
• Advanced custom scanner model designed and documented
• Automated metadata feasibility via Application Programming Interfaces or other means analyzed and documented
• Customer to provide metadata extracts in the desired format as directed by Informatica
• Customer to engage source application subject matter expert(s) to answer source specific queries on areas such as architecture and source data model
• Customer to engage subject matter experts for results review
• Customer to provide list of its technical stakeholders (admins) and business stakeholders (subject matter experts) selected for knowledge sharing session participation
• Advanced custom scanner created in CDGC in one (1) environment
• Code for source metadata extracts using CAI or CDI developed and tested
• Metadata captured in CDGC
Note: Scope of assets to be captured from source shall be confirmed following review of the Customer-provided business and technical requirements and advanced custom scanner model design.
• Up to two (2), one-hour knowledge sharing sessions conducted on the implemented advanced custom scanner

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
