CI/CD Implementation Guidance
Applicable to Cloud Data Integration or Cloud Application Integration.
Provide guidance on implementation of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes in Cloud Data Integration or Cloud Application Integration and Intelligent Data Management Cloud source control configuration.
Key activities may include:
(i) collaborating with the source control team
(ii) collaborating with the external user account team (e.g. ActiveDirectory)
(iii) guiding the implementation of the deployment workflow pipelines and processes, collaborating with the version control team
(iv) providing guidance on the configuration pf the CI/CD process end-to-end in one (1) environment
(v) discussing the approach to implement CI/CD processes
(vi) guiding unit testing and integration testing of CI/CD
(vii) conducting knowledge transfer and documentation walkthrough
• Customer resources have knowledge of version control software orchestration
• Defined architecture and object deployment strategy
• Customer to provide list of its business and technical subject matter experts and program/technical leads and make them available to participate in the knowledge transfer session and to provide review and feedback.
• Source control configuration and testing complete in one (1) production or non-production environment
• One (1) one-hour session held to provide final knowledge transfer on the implemented software/cloud service solution to business and technical end users
• Informatica-recommended best practices for CI/CD

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
