CDMP Requirement Definition & Validation
Define the technical requirements for implementing Cloud Data Marketplace (CDMP), including validation of the current/future Cloud Data Governance and Catalog (CDGC) implementation.
• Understanding obtained of Customer's key business drivers, associated initiatives, and other related information for data marketplace
• Business use cases for implementation identified and prioritized
• One (1) critical business use case established for the CDMP implementation
• Confirmation that Customer's critical business use case can be met with provisioned cloud service subscriptions
•Customer apprised of software/cloud service capabilities and functionality in an effort to address specific business challenges
• CDGC has scanners implemented to support the use case
• Secure Agent set-up complete
• Customer to identify a resource who can provide a walkthrough of current implementation
• Customer to provide required inputs for the above during initial consultative session(s) with Informatica
• Prerequisites and readiness for data sources, policies, assets, terms of use, and usage types identified and validated.
• CDGC and/or existing data sets and policies that match with the CDMP requirements analyzed
• Catalog data and business metadata finalized
• Up to two (2) data sources, and up to five (5) data sets per data source identified for implementation
• Up to three (3) categories, and up to two (2) subcategories for each category identified
• Up to fifteen (15) data collections from no more than two (2) data sources and up to seven (7) data assets per data collection identified
• One (1) general term of use and up to three (3) additional terms of use identified
• Up to four (4) delivery options and up to four (4) usage types identified
• Up to five (5) cost centers identified (if applicable)

Professional Services Units can be converted into Training Units upon written request submitted to the Customer’s assigned Informatica Delivery Manager. The conversion ratio is one (1) Professional Services Unit to ten (10) Training Units. The converted Training Units can be used for any training currently offered in the Informatica University catalog other than training subscriptions.
